Kaleesuwari offers Kosher & Halal certified, high-quality glycerine derived from a renewable resource: vegetable oil. Used in many industries glycerine is a simple polyol compound. It is a colorless, odorless, non-toxic, viscous, and sweet liquid that has three hydroxyl groups, which are responsible for its solubility in water and its hygroscopic nature.

Glycerine is produced in large quantities in its crude form as a byproduct of biofuel production. The crude glycerine is distilled further to get different grades of refined glycerine such as CP, IP, USP, & BP.

Our Facilities

  • Our plant design, process, and technology are powered by Desmet Ballestra.
  • The technology is based on a three-step Continuous Transesterification Unit. It functions under mild operating conditions with constant quality and minimized specific consumption of raw material and energy.
  • The plant design is targeted to reduce process effluents with the consequent virtual elimination of pollution and process wastes to a negligible extent.
  • Completely computerized process control system.
  • 24-hour production of 300 megatons of pre-treated oil per day, equating to a total of approximately 1,00,000 tons per annum.
  • Kaleesuwari’s refined glycerine (>99.7% purity) yielded (15,000 tons per annum) through the above process meets the most stringent pharmacopeia specifications.
